Departing from the melodious sounds of many of the other songs, the chorus ofВ вЂњLet Me GoвЂќ is chanted with conviction over two distinct tempos that seem to break the musicВ into two different songs. This trackВ is one of the reasons why this album is so unique.

To narrow Haim down to just one style of music is impossible. Though I love them all, here is a listВ of my order of favorites from the album that turned me into a fan forever.ДЄt number 11, this pleasant guitar driven track starts off slow but picks up tempo exhibiting that signature Haim sound, a mix of fast and slowВ beatsВ with the intertwiningВ voices of the Danielle, Este, and Alana, that is only to beВ perfected in several of the albumвЂ™s other songs.

And with the release of the music video for вЂњRight Now,вЂќ one of the albumвЂ™s new tracks, itвЂ™s onlyВ fitting to revisit those catchy songs from Days Are GoneВ that Danielle, Este, and Alana Haim convinced us we had always wanted to hear.
